The location was great, with key attractions within walking distance. The staff was very professional and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The amenities provided were good, and it was nice to have coffee and tea available. the communication with the host was easy and they were accommodating to our late arrival.

The external appearance of the building was not very appealing. The lack of stairs in case of emergencies was concerning, and we didn't feel confident about the fire safety measures.

Helpful staff, I liked them, nothing too much trouble. Appreciated the easy check-in too. A handy kitchenette was such a bonus.

The accommodation was spacious, had ample closet space, and the bed was very comfortable. the staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely return.
